8th International Conference on Predictive Modelling in Food

This year, the 8th International Conference on Predictive Modelling in Food will take place in Paris from 16-19 September, 2013. Its aim is to bring together food processors, innovative researchers and young scientists working to enhance food quality and safety with a special focus on the transfer activities towards food business operators. The conferences main topics include:
Predictive models for microbial food safety and quality
Data collection for predictive microbiology
Advances in methods & models in predictive microbiology
Application of predictive microbiology for food industry
The iMeatSense project will participate with the submitted paper entitled "Assessment of microbiological quality and authenticity of minced meat using multispectral image analysis", A. Ropodi, E.Z. Panagou, G.-J. Nychas.

The project "Intelligent multi-sensor system for meat analysis - iMeatSense_550" has been co-financed by the European Union (European Social Fund – ESF) and Greek national funds through the Operational Program "Education and Lifelong Learning" of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) - Research Funding Program: ARISTEIA-I.
